I just finished the sixth Ruffle Joy Skirt for work and I promise pictures are coming soon! I'm working with our store photographer to get copies of his pictures with the models because they will be so much cuter that way. I'm starting a portfolio of projects that I have done at work so that I have ideas for future projects and to remind myself that I can be super crafty sometimes!
My next sewing challenge is to create a high waisted pants pattern for Erika because she is dressing up as Rosie the Riveter for Halloween. I already bought a really nice navy wool blend and some classy buttons, but the pattern I wanted was so not on sale and I think the prices are ridiculous. I guess its just time to bust out what I remember from patternmaking and apply some of my fitting and alterations knowledge.
