Well I just spent 15 minutes on hold and 1 minute talking to JoAnn's customer service. Wow. Elevator music has nothing on the song they play while you're on hold. The worst part? It doesn't even play very well. Check the clarity of your hold music! Make it worth our time!
Don't even get me started on the time that AAA put me on hold for half an hour.
